Video AND/OR PHOTOGRAPHY
You can have the options of Video and / or photography services. While you could select individual service type, you will take advantage of the following features.
Hours of Coverage
The amount of time we will be present at your event, when selecting a 6 hour coverage package, OMC Productions will be at your event from 6 hours from "Start Time" defined in your contact agreement. F0r instance, if the time set at 5:00 PM, then will be at the event from 5pm - 11 pm. We believe quality of time is better than quantity of time. OMC Productions options the hours of coverage by giving you a range from One hour up to 12 hours.
Why hours of coverage?
Hour of coverage influences your final package cost, the more time we spend at your event, the more content (such as video and photo ) will be captured, ending with more footage and images to process and manage.
What is the recommended hours of coverage?
This varies based on the event type, in case of a wedding which a ceremony held on a different location other than the reception, a Six hours it is consider a minimum. While a Sweet 15/Quinceñera with just a reception planed, three hours may just be enough.
There are other events such a baptism in which one hour it just OK.
Locations
Locations it's optional in our package selections, it helps clients prioritize coverage in parts of the event and maintaining a budget.
Pre-Ceremony
Before the Ceremony or in some case before the reception. Typically at the Bride/Groom or Quinceañera's home.
Ceremony
Church or location where a religious ceremony will take place, at least an hour and a half should be reserved from the "Hours of Coverage".
- OMC Productions Requires at least 20-25 minutes for setup time.
- When Video Service is part of you packaged, an optional video camera with no camera man operator may be places at the church altar; the client must ask for permission from the Priest or the Pastor and let us know we have clearance.
Pos-Ceremony
- This is consider a photo and or video shoot at a park or outdoor location, at least an hour of "Hours of Coverage" should be reserved for location.
- It is important to select a location close by the Reception to maximize your package "Hours of Coverage".
- Parking and other additional feeds may be charged to the client since they are not included the overall package price.
Reception
- Hall or venue where the event is set to take place, any reaming time depending on the overall length from previews locations could be added or subtracted from the reception.
- When only Reception is part of your package, OMC Productions will arrive at least 35 minutes before the start time to set up the equipment. This setup time is not part of your overall package "Hours of Coverage" time.
Note: that when selecting multiple locations, the "Hours of Coverage" should accommodate the time required to travel from one location to and other. There is also a setup time that must be allowed for equipment and audio connection, this time could between 15-25 minutes.
Video Options
Standard Definition or High Definition Disk (DVD-BlUE-RAY)
Select the video format, a Blue-Ray Video is 3 times sharper than a standard definition video.
Number of DVD / BLUERAY ( Disk copies)
All video projects comes with a disk DVD copy or a disk BLUE-RAY Copy. You can option to get additional copies for family members or friends. You will save more if you order extra copies before signing your contract.
FX
Video Effects included in the video editing, effects are consider special video transitions with graphical elements and special animations
Special Presentations
SLIDE-SHOW
A topical photo slide show, it consist on up to 50 photos prearranged by the customer. Minor photo editing and enhancing is could be done to some photos to improve the viewing experience.
3D SLIDE SHOW
Similar to a Slide Show, but each photo is custom cut to give the illusion of a three dimensional effect. This option requires 6-8 weeks prior to the event due to the extensive photo and video editing required.
PRESENTATION VIDEO CLIP
A video presentation, also know as a video montage. Must be scheduled 8-9 weeks prior to the event.
PHOTO STUDIO AT RECEPTION
We set a backdrop at your reception. Good for raining days where the weather limits and photo shoot outdoors. Also gets the opportunity to get family portraits on location.
PROJECTOR SYSTEM
Video projector, we offer a projection screen at an optional price
Video Options
Deluxe Album
Library Style Premium Photo Album, this 10" x 10" album can be selected from 10 to 12 page and it comes in gold or black
Each page can accommodate a single 8x10" portrait or two 5 x 7 prints.
Photo Books
Consists of a 20 page coffee table photo book, all pages are custom designed to match your color style and event theme. Customers must provide the a list of photos.
PRINTS
Customers can select from standard prints, this prints could be part of the deluxe album or can be ordered separated . This allows the customer to get a third party album and set the prints on their own.

Presentation Photo
A presentation photo consist of a 20x30" poster board print. When this option is selected, a photo session must be schedule 4-5 weeks prior to the event. We could leave a large border so guess can sign the print at the reception.
PHOTO CD
Customers can option of getting a digital copy of the package printed photos.
